AAMHI was invited by the MoCo Board of Education to present and speak at the MCPS AAPI Month Celebration. While it is very important to celebrate Asian American accomplishments and culture during May, AAPI Month, it's also critical that we don't lose sight of the struggles faced by the community as well. As such, we are very glad we got the opportunity to distribute pamphlets and encourage people to spread awareness about the issue at the celebration.
